Form data: your name, contact details, requested service and optional description. We use them to reply and, if requested, prepare a quote or arrange an appointment. Do not include passwords, codes, bank details or identity documents.
Legal basis and retention: to take the pre-contractual steps you request and, where applicable, manage the service you book. We keep information for as long as needed to handle your request and for any applicable legal retention periods.
Providers: Microsoft processes email and technical hosting; Calendly processes the information you enter when booking; WhatsApp processes data if you contact us through that channel. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Your rights: you may request access, correction, deletion and other applicable rights by writing to hola@dichabao.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Cookies and external content: This site embeds a Calendly booking calendar and displays an image hosted by Unsplash. When these elements load, those providers may receive technical data such as your IP address. Please review their privacy policies. The site does not load the Cronoshare badge.
