How pricing works
The first assessment is free. After that, each appointment is priced by service: IT support €19.99, Microsoft 365 €29.99, or a basic security review €49.99 (tax included). We’ll send you a quote and get your approval before doing any work outside the appointment scope.
If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay
If we can’t resolve the specific problem agreed for your appointment, you won’t pay for the resolution service. This guarantee covers the work in that appointment, but not parts, licences or third-party services; we’ll always agree on those with you before ordering them.
