Frequently asked questions.

How do I book and pay?

Choose a time in the calendar on this page or message us on WhatsApp. The first assessment is free. Paid services are confirmed in writing before work begins, and an invoice is always provided.

Do you work outside Barcelona?

Yes, remotely across Spain. In-person visits are available in Barcelona by appointment.

Do you work with individuals?

Yes. We work with individuals, sole traders and small businesses. For individuals, we work at home or remotely, with the same approach: scope and price agreed before work begins.

How are you different from a large IT support company?

Large companies offer scale and 24-hour availability. Here, one person gets to know your situation, gives you a fixed quote in writing and leaves a clear summary when the work is done. This is not an emergency service.

How is the price calculated?

It depends on the scope, number of devices and complexity. Before you book, we’ll confirm the total price, applicable taxes and any additional costs in writing.

What if you can’t fix it?

If we can’t resolve the specific issue agreed for your appointment, you won’t pay for the resolution service. Parts, licences and third-party services are excluded and agreed with you before purchase.

Is there a minimum term for the monthly plan?

No. Dichabao Cerca is a limited-place pilot with no minimum term.

Do I need Microsoft 365?

No, not for IT support. Microsoft 365 services are tailored to each client’s setup and licences; licences are quoted separately when needed.

Are you available 24 hours a day?

No. We work Monday to Friday, 8:00–20:00, and weekends, 10:00–14:00, by appointment only. This is not an emergency service.

Does a review guarantee there will be no incidents?

No. A review can identify improvements and reduce risks, but it cannot guarantee that incidents won’t happen. The scope and limitations are explained in the proposal and report.

Will you ask for my password?

No. We will never ask for passwords, verification codes or bank details by email, phone or form. If a task requires access, we’ll agree on it in advance and use permissions you approve through a secure channel. If someone asks for these details claiming to represent Dichabao, do not share them and let us know.
