My name is Alexander Pineda Martínez. I work in IT support and service assurance in Barcelona, and I handle every case personally.

I have worked in IT support since 2019. I’m gradually expanding my services through professional experience, ongoing learning and documented practice.

In the Cuban expression that inspired this brand, “dichabao” means being found out. We bring that idea to technology by making problems, insecure settings and warning signs easier to see.
